Kazoku Hibachi & Sushi JoMo

Amazing experience at Kazoku Hibachi & Sushi! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious — the vegetable tempura was perfectly crispy, the crab rangoon was fresh and flavorful, and the bento box was very satisfying. The bento and the unagidon were especially impressive — not only tasted incredible, but the presentation was truly beautiful. You can tell a lot of care goes into how the food is prepared and served. Great food, great atmosphere, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Great little cafe-style, order-at-the-table sushi restaurant. Extremely clean, well lit with a large bank of windows in the front of the place. Wait staff were very attentive and friendly. We ordered the Philadelphia, Extra Crunchy Shrimp, and the Cowboy rolls with a side of noodles, all to share, and they served our rolls on a cute decorative platter including a ginger 'rose' & a dab of wasabi and gave us separate plates to use. All three rolls AND The noodles were excellent! The pricing is very affordable, too!! Try this place soon! If you don't live in Joplin, they are definitely worth the drive!

I made a special trip from Pittsburg to Joplin today to try this new location, and it was absolutely worth it! 🍣 This is a family-owned Japanese restaurant, and you can really feel the warmth and effort they put into everything. The staff always greet you with a smile, creating a welcoming and happy atmosphere. The food is top-notch — the sashimi is incredibly fresh and cut generously, the sushi rolls are flavorful with perfectly cooked rice, and the teppanyaki is done with great skill. Everything from the presentation to the small details like garnishes and sauces shows real care and quality. It’s one of those restaurants that makes you feel at home the moment you walk in. Whether you’re a regular or visiting for the first time, you’ll leave with a full stomach and a warm heart. Highly

I had the honor of being able to dine in at this beautiful hidden gem in Joplin! 💎 Leafy I do apologize if I said her name wrong, was an amazing server. The store was neatly organized, clean, and welcoming! My order was an appetizer of takoyaki's along with two rolls of sushi! 🍣 Restroom was clean as well! 🚻 Overall, My experience here has been very great and I highly recommend anybody who wants to try sushi to hit this place up! ⭐

Trust me and just get a fried roll!! If it says 5 pieces don't worry it will fill you up. Beautiful crisp fry not to heavy amazing sauce. Joplin Roll Sushi exceeded expectations 100000/10 🍣🍣 Hibachi 7/10 Plating 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Service 9/10 I live in a foodie capital and I'm eating new sushi spots often & the fried rolls here smoke any of em!! If I lived in the area this would be one of my go to places 🕺🏽.
