K'Chapas

The cachapa here is a must to try. Tasted super authentic. The cheese pull was real. I’ve tried many cachapas in Doral but this one for sure taste like a Venezuelan grandma made it.

This place has the best cachapas, the corn is fresh and made at the moment, and everything tastes fresh and amazing! The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The back area looks crowded, and the coolers in the front take up unnecessary room. Some of the wood around the prep tables is peeling — covering it with metal would help with both cleanliness and appearance. I use to review high end restaurants but this time is NOT a fancy place. THIS IS a humble establismnet but their food is freaking good. What an interesting experience . Ask for a cheese cachapa and you will love the raw taste of sweet corn. All plates are very good. Not expensive at all. A good choice for lunch. Recommended.

We came for the first time to enjoy some cachapas we also got some chicharron, mango and passion fruit juice. Everything was phenomenal, from the moment we walked through the door the service was excellent!
