I was strolling down main street and came across KD Nutrition I tried an Acai bowl and it was really good. Not to mention the owner and young lady that made my bowl were kind and genuine. Try it out, they have an array of healthy, tasty items to choose from!

Pros: very friendly staff Free samples Welcoming Nice environment for ALL ages The drink: i have Fruity Pebbles. Actually tastes like Fruity Pebbles and its low in calories and filling. Im very impressed with their concept of nutrition. Cons: for the moment, if your not careful, you will walk passed it. Its literally across the street from the library. Overall: its a bit high in price 8.00 in price but quality over quantity. And, for your health, price shouldn't completely be a factor. Will I return, Definitely! I want to support small businesses like this where customers MATTER! Update: 09/17/2021 Had a cookies and cream protein bowl with granola. Delicious, like ice cream but healthier! New Jersey's best Shake bowl is in Hackensack KD NutriFit!!! I'm in loveeee with my Shake bowl. This is my second home here I have a good time with David, Luis and Karina are very friendly and fun. They have the best products that given me the best results. Thank you David and Karina.

Great place and service. Price is decent for the quality. Both my partner and I went and got a berry bowl and a French vanilla simple shake. I was slurping for every last drop with the shake. It’s just the right amount of sweetness and is smooth. My partner loves the berry bowl, she too voted for 5 stars. Love that there’s no dairy in anything. Definitely will revisit :)
