First time going and never again. Ordered appetizer never got it. My daughter mac n cheese was cold and server offered to microwave them. The ribs were hard, cold. The chili was can chili very very bad. Left and hungry. Server didnt even notice we didnt eat the food!! Never again. Don't recommend.

The chicken teriyaki sandwich, Burger and crinkle fries are delicious 🤤 and the mozzarella cheese sticks yum! The service was great! 🥳🫶🙏

Keg South is a laid-back spot with cool vibes that make it a fun place to hang out. We ordered the chili fries and wings, and honestly, they were some of the best we’ve had; full of flavor! While the wait was a little longer than expected to order, the food came out fairly quickly and it was all fresh. The staff was still attentive and made an effort to check in and help when they could. Overall, a solid casual bar with great food and a relaxed atmosphere that’s worth stopping by. We will be back!

find it disappointing that an establishment would make a customer pay for a drink they only took one sip of, especially when it clearly didn’t meet expectations. The sweet tea tasted like watered down sugar, and instead of offering an alternative, I was told it was their policy to still charge for it. As someone who also manages restaurants, I know that good customer service means making things right when a guest isn’t satisfied not making them pay for something they didn’t enjoy.

This place used to be one of my favorite restaurants, to the point that I would invite my friends and acquaintances to visit it , but unfortunately, that's no longer the case due to the poor treatment my friends and I have received on our recent visits. This has led us to stop going there and even to stop recommending it. I simply suggest to the management that they train their employees to treat their customers well, regardless of whether they are immigrants or of a different race. Ultimately, we considered ourselves good customers, but the damage is already done.
