Kelly's Roast Beef

Ordered a roast beef sandwich. Watched ad it was prepared and placed on a tray. Nobody was there to bring it to me. After a few minutes a worked came by and brought my sandwich to the front order prep station where it sat for a few more minutes. Then a worker asked if they could help me. I replied can you just give me my sandwich please. The sandwich I received was awfully. Toasted bun was cold meat was warm in sections and cold in other sections must have been warmed up. Meat was tough. I'll never go back to this location very disappointed in Kelly's

We were wicked excited that Kelly’s finally opened after many long months of passing by construction. The food taste as what I remember the Kelly in revere minus the hungry seagulls and sand. I thought there was definitely some consistency in the Kelly’s brand. The food taste great! We went to the drive-through and ordered only two things. The drive-through had a long line and I could see why people were not willing to wait there. Obviously depending on the order depends on how long you wait in the drive-through. Once we ordered the whole belly clams and lobster roll. When we finish paying there is only one customer waiting for their order because it must’ve been a complex or massive order because there were 3 cars that had already received their order and left. The food is really good and fresh here . I been to Thai location a few times. They also have seating and public restrooms inside . The food price is good for the quality . They have plenty of parking . We went through; drive thru , staff is friendly. I got a fish plate with fries and onion rings and extra Tara sauce it was really good.

To the Management of Kelly’s Roast Beef, I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent experiences at your Dedham location. Having visited three times recently, I have found the food quality below the standards I previously enjoyed in Revere years ago. The food has become quite bland and lacks the seasoning it once had. During my last visit, I requested that my fish be seasoned with salt and pepper before frying, but I was told this was not possible and that I would have to season it myself afterward. As you may know, seasoning does not adhere well to fish once it has already been fried. Additionally, the atmosphere in the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. The low temperature caused my food to lose its heat almost immediately, making for an unpleasant dining experience. W

Service was poor today. There are those who compare Kelly's to Walt's roast beef. My humble opinion...try to find a Walt's...so much better.
