Kelsey & Kim's Southern Restaurant

TIME FOR A REAL REVIEW! Went here for the first time, while I was playing poker down in atlantic city this weekend and I decided to stop here for breakfast. Due to hearing, they had good sole food. I must say the atmosphere is not nothing to write home about. But it's a quiet, cozy little restaurant. The waitress was nice.The food was good, but it did take a little while for my order to come and i really did not see the waitress as much as I probably would have liked. The only issue I really had with.This restaurant is the portion size. I feel with my home fries, they could have given me a bit more rather than count out like ten to eleven potatoes to put on the plate. Do better with the portions. Other than that the food was delicious.

We haven’t had the chance to revisit Kelsey and Kim’s for a very long time. We were hoping to get breakfast, but we missed the cutoff by a few minutes. No worries, their menu is extensive and we opted for an early lunch. Our order took some time, but since the food is cooked to order, that wasn’t too much of an issue. We had the pork chops, the fried catfish and the chicken and waffles. My compliments to the kitchen staff, the food was delicious! I forgot to mention the delicious cabbage and collard greens of which we added an extra side. Our server was pleasant. Maybe on a return trip, we can make it on time for breakfast. Our lunch was awesome!

We had a wonderful breakfast at Kelsey and Kim’s once again we never come to Atlantic City without coming to this restaurant but this time we had the waitress Marie P and she was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel at home. Beautiful smile. I highly recommend coming to this restaurant and please ask for Marie.

We visited this restaurant during a recent trip to Atlantic City and everything was top notch from atmosphere, the hostess, wait staff (Marie) and the chef (Rodney). Then the food came…. As a reviewer from DC would say STAMP EVERYTHING!

Situated right near a beach so you get a great view of the sky with a beach breeze. The food was so good! Ray was a great server! I will go back for sure the next time I am in AC. Cornbread top tier. Catfish nuggets were the best I ever had. Highly recommend.
