Kenji's Teriyaki Grill

Great food and great value. Ladies behind the counter are super cool...specially Alie she's the best. 5 stars all the way around. Only thing I will mention is that the kinda older Hispanic lady that works there seems to have the personality of a pregnant Yak.

Stopped in on my way home to grab lunch for myself and my family. Had never been here before but it had good ratings on Google. I ordered teriyaki chicken bowls and a tri tip salad. My husband and son loved the chicken bowls. I ordered the mixed white and dark meat. My husband got the spicy sauce and I ordered a side of spicy mayo...so good. The salad is definitely not for just one person, it was a big salad! The tri tip was tender and delicious. They serve it with a house made dressing. It had a little too much ginger for me but not a deal breaker. I would for sure go back to try the other items on the menu.

Hello, it’s been a while since I’ve been to Kenji’s, but last Thursday I came in with my partner and it was his first time. When we were ordering, Adrianna took our order. After getting the food, I went back to ask if it would be possible to have the tri-tip bowl made well done instead. She responded in a defensive tone and said, “Oh, but you said medium when I asked.” My partner mentioned that he thought “medium” referred to the portion size because it wasn’t clearly specified as the meat temperature, she had only asked if medium was okay. I understand that miscommunication can happen, and that’s completely fine. However, the attitude and tone were unnecessary. I also experienced a similar rude attitude from her during a previous visit, which I tried to overlook at the time. Unfortunately

This is genuinely my favorite place to eat food. Like ever. I love the staff, love the food, love the vibe. The prices are incredible for the amount and quality of food you get. I would give this place 15 stars out of 5 if I could. I love you Kenjis Teriyaki Grill pls never go away. 🧡 Kaylee is my favorite employee to ever exist, deserves the world. Can't find where the quality went. Maybe it's just my luck when I visited as of recent. My last few visits haven't been to the standards I'm used to from them. It's been a long time customer Kenjis is one my favorite places to eat. I came by this past evening and ordered the fried fish plate. A plate I ordered numerous times. The fish was undercooked from 3 out of the 4 pieces of fish. I tried calling but the phone goes to a greeting that deters you to their website. I would've went back but I live out of town so definitely wasn't fighting the fog for some fried fish. I'm disappointed with the non existent customer service if you're not directly in front of them. They typically have friendly staff and a clean establishment I really enjoyed visiting but count me out over the downhill food q
