Kennewick Burger Ranch

Wife recently starting coming here for shakes. Tried the strawberry one and was on on point. Recently tried their chili cheese fries and dbl cheeseburger with a peanut butter shake and was very pleased. They have a big menu in which I plan to try more. So far, no complaints, just compliments. Thank you Burger Ranch.

The only thing I can recommend is their malt shakes. Otherwise, It left a lot to be desired. So disappointed. Don’t order from the regular menu, the burgers are very very thin and small. Order at least from the 1/3 lb burger which is still smaller than other places. I question if it is truly a 1/3 lb. burger. The burgers are very plain. No condiments in them, no onions or tomatoes either. Fries had no salt, we weren’t given any ketchup or fry sauce nor were we told where to find them. I won’t be returning.

BUG in food 7:10pm- 730 Kid called the store manager said they could only refund two burgers after they threw the rest of our food in the trash! They wanted us to pay for food THEY threw away! Not to mention they didn’t even get the order right it was missing items. They wouldn’t replace the food even though we were told by staff “there hasn’t been a bug in kitchen in the last two years”. So why can’t you refund us or give us the food!?!?? No refund and no food! Left empty handed.. made two trips down to the restaurant already- $50 dinner for couple bites of nothing! Now

The frys, onion rings, tater tots are amazing, I really enjoy the ham cheese burger is always prefect. The fry sauce is the best in town to me. The inside is a little dark for me for a sit down with my wife so we get to go.

I came near closing of the dining room, these days that is around 7pm. The employees were nice and helpful, the food was ok. The fries here are awesome when fresh. My family loves the ranch burgers, and get the nostalgic feel from them. I personally do not like the beef patties, so I always try other sandwiches. I had the steak and cheese sandwich, which was very filling, but greasy. The bread also had a dry taste to it. I used to get the club sandwich here but I have not been in a while and wanted to try something new. I will probably not order this steak and cheese again. This meal fed 5 and was just over $30, which is a good value compared to zips down the road. I personally prefer that hamburger. My other family members prefer these.
