Put in a mobile order that was fifteen minutes late and when we finally got it it wasn’t even close to what we ordered including nothing for our toddler. Great job you useless bunch.

No refunds. Just please go to the taco bell across the street , Or if you really want quick chicken that’s better go to royal farms. The mac and cheese was okay, chicken was definitely not. Did I already mention no refunds.

Yall know better. Me and my sister just ordered a bucket of chicken to pick up today from them for the kids. As soon as I started handing it to the kids it had a distinct smell as if it was old. Im pretty sure whoever was serving the food smelled that. The chicken was so old and stall and dry. I was so disappointed and the kids wouldn't eat it. I literally wasted money and had to throw the rest of it away. Whoever served this knew it was old and reaked. Shame on you. Never going back I m extremely disappointed and disgusted.

Twenty plus minutes waiting in the parking lot on an empty drive through to get served completely wrong food. I asked specifically for no mayo on my two sandwiches, guess what they did.. absolutely slathered both sides with mayo. Try to call to complain and they don't answer. Lousy employees and lousy owner. Thank god popeyes opened wont touch this disgrace of a kfc again.

Whoever owns this place, your employees are robbing you. It’s Feb. 12, 2026 9:24pm. There’s two ladies in here pretending like the store is closed. They’re still clocked in. Fire them and hire people who actually work.
