If you were out of cheese curds, you should’ve just said so. I would’ve gladly waited for a fresh batch. Instead, I was given a box that had less than a quarter of what should’ve been in it, like I wouldn’t notice. That’s frustrating and feels dishonest. Customers deserve better than shortcuts. Do better, KFC.

Every time we order here, it’s AT LEAST a 20 minute wait. Not from the time we place the order, from the time we pull up into the parking lot. We place an order ahead of time and it says 20-30 minutes. Then we wait 20 minutes and we have to park and wait for another 25-30 minutes. There is no sense of urgency at all. For a place that serves chicken, they never seem to have any ready. This is BY FAR the worst KFC I have ever eaten at. I can eat at a sit down restaurant in the amount of time it takes at this place.

I waited 45ins for 5 wings and 4 apple pie poppers... When I asked for a refund they sont so them and nothing for inconvenience poo cheese ........

I really suggest if you eat here you don't choose this place if you live out of town as they just basically tell you screw you In fact he might have actually said that. Then when I asked for corporate's number he said he had no idea how to find that kind of number although he said he was the manager. I don't normally get upset about this kind of stuff but it was quite a bit of food that I did not receive.

Seriously told me they charge extra to put the nuggets on the side when ordering the bowl. That ain't even right. They had the doors locked at 9 pm when they close at 10.30 pm. They also had NO CHICKEN. NONE. AT 9PM.
