KFC

I have heard about KFC's chicken sandwich and decided to give it a whirl. I asked for two Classic Chicken sandwiches and wanted to add ketchup. I was told they don't add ketchup but can give me packets on the side. Next, I asked for a large unsweetened iced tea. They don't sell it, so I decided to skip the beverage. I pull up to the window, the clerk opens the window, I say "hello", and she just ignores me and gives me the total. I say "thank you" and hand her my card. She snatches it from my hand and abruptly closes the window. After she runs my card, she opens the window hands me my card and food. I say "Thank you." No response. She just abruptly closes the window in my face. I get home to find zero ketchup packets in the bag. The sandwiches I will say were very crisp, but overly salty.

Horrible service waited an hour for food, closes at 10 they were trying to close by 9. I had placed an online order and was told to wait. Waited an hour only for them to tell me my food was already picked up. Told them how could it be picked up if you just told me to wait 5 minutes for it to be ready. Came out and gave me only sides and not even the sides I had ordered. Went back around the drive thru they finally gave me whatever chicken they had left (6) pieces. None of the food I ordered was correct. This is why Popeyes is knocking them out of business. I know coronel sanders is turning in his grave. I will be returning to demand a refund. I wish I was making this up but it was the worst food experience ever.

We just left. I had to go back to the desk 3 times so they could correct my orders. They gave us the wrong pieces even though we specified what we wanted, they gave us 3 pieces when we ordered 4, they forgot our wings that we ordered. They also didn't give us the extra biscuit that I ordered . I was frustrated so I did not go back to the counter a 4th time. 2 staff were prompt with correcting order but one woman was a bit shady and condescending. We were eating at exactly at 9pm we were told to pickup our things and leave because they are closing. The signs said they close at 10pm. The experience wasn't great. The atmosphere was a turn off. I usually prefer that location because I love the way they prepare their chicken. I usually do the drive thru but tonight we went inside.

The people at this location are so disrespectful. Unpleasant, rude, and just miserable. First of all, it shouldn’t take an eternity every time I come for an order. It’s not my problem you guys are lazy and don’t know how to work well together. Second, work on your customer service skills and acknowledge customers politely when they come in. Last, if there’s something you need to say, don’t wait until I walk away, say it to my face. I don’t disrespect anyone at this location and I’m always friendly. No reason why I should hear cursing or see scowls like I did something to you. This place used to have such good customer service years ago.

The fried chicken, coleslaw, and fries were good, not great. The biscuits were not done, some of the dough was still "raw." The customer service was horrible, they could use hospitality training. I know one could say, you could have just returned the biscuits back and gotten fully baked ones but I was getting the food for convenience, returning the food is inconveniencing and beats the whole purpose. Note: I hadn't had KFC in a long time and this just put a bad taste...
