Worst KFC I ever had.. The lady at the front was nice and kool only reason I gave two stars. But the crispy chicken look like it two days old and it wasn’t crispy at all.. How the cook still has his job is beyond my comprehension.. I worked at kfc two years and I can’t even tell you how to even get chicken to look like that… Old batter and not changing his water when he dips the chicken and rebater it. Thats crispy chicken.. Trust me that’s not real KFC PLEASE DONT EAT CHICKEN THAT LOOKS LIKE THAT!

I saw a report where there's a new C.E.O. at K.F.C. going to bring it back to the colonel standards. Wish I could say the best fried chicken you can buy...but this was the worst tasting chicken that I've ever tried to eat. Smelled like varnish and though I've never eaten varnish pretty sure it would taste like this chicken. Oh my gosh, they've got to either change their cooking oil or put in some fresh. The worst I say.

We're staying right across from this place. Business hours are until 10pm. At 8:30 pm, we approached the restaurant, knocked on the closed door and got no reaction from the guy inside over his cell phone. We then walked around to the other entrance, which was open. When I told the guy they might want to put a sign on the locked door pointing to the other entrance, I got a grunting giggle for an answer. The person behind the counter didn't react to us asking for service. So we left. Both youngsters were absolutely desinterested in their work. I suggest firing both and hiring a new team. We ended up going to a nice restaurant instead.

I am a resident of Birch Run Michigan. I have been going to the KFC in my town for many years but the last couple of years the food and service have been terrible.. today I thought I will try it again and hope it’s better. I got the $20 full up box. The biscuits are good. The nuggets are good, and the french fries are good, but the chicken was terrible.I’m pretty sure original recipe isn’t supposed to be this dark, hard and greasy. So hard you can’t eat it. It’s terrible. We also didn’t get the dipping sauces we ordered. Guess I won’t go back for awhile again.

Once it’s 8pm or after it’s very hit or miss (mostly miss) that you’ll get your order taken through the drive thru. Even if there’s no other cars waiting you will approach the speaker and just be greeted by silence.
