KFC

My boyfriend went to pick us up a 8 piece chicken bucket that was on sale. I made a mobile order and it took over a hour. I ordered dark meat and they had it in stock. They told him it would take another 30 minutes to make the dark meat even though he waited an hour and they gave us white meat instead. He asked can you give us free food since I waited an hour I’m late for work. The employee told him sorry we can’t do that. He was so mad and I don’t blame him. We won’t be going there anymore. Even McDonald’s gave us free pies one day because they were late giving us our food.

Been standing at the counter for 10 minutes to pick up a Togo order only for them to come to the counter and tell me it'll be 15 minutes till it's ready. The order was placed 15 minutes before I got there.

2nd time Visiting this KFC. They were out of extra Krispy both times. Ordered 2 3 pcs meals cost was 27.00. Waited 20 minutes for the to go order and when I got home. They gave me 2 drum stick and 4 thighs. The biscuits were too hard to eat. Mind you this was at 5:30.

Stopped for lunch with a couple of guys from work. It was my first visit to this location. I was third to place my order, but the cashier walked away from the register to do another task after the first 2 ordered so my food came out several minutes after theirs & they had to wait for me to finish. We were all surprised at the length of time it took for any of our food to come out. The The restaurant has a great looking dining area with a plethora of photos of the Colonel. I ordered chicken tenders. They were tasty, but kinda small with a little too much breading for me. I'm not likely to return to this location.

An employee named Teresa helped us purchase a gift card so we could use the recent promotions we had seen online but didn't realize that it was online order only. We place our order through the app so that we could collect rewards for our account. She was super friendly and helpful. The food came out hot and fresh (all but the fries) in a timely manner. On a side note I really miss the buffet, used to come by and eat there when I was a kid.
