Elizabeth was very helpful and explained each membership wonderfully. The help from Sebastian, after my amazing wash, was excellent! He was great in wrapping up the benefits of each wash! Definitely worth 5 stars and fully recommendable!

The food was great. Fried chicken was tender, crispy and very tasty. I just think the staff could be more friendly but whatever I ordered to go so didn't have to stay there to see their long faces.

Ordered online. Pulled into drive through the line was all the way to the sign. No big deal it’s rush hour. Pull up to the order speaker and tell them I have a mobile order. And they say ok pull around. Well I couldn’t move yet so I sat there. I was there 5-8 minutes before the line moved. A tad excessive but sometimes happens at rush hour because of the amount of chicken going out the kitchen needs time to recover it’s not instant. Well I end up sitting in line for right about 25 minutes. Before I got my food. I live 1.5 miles got home opened the food. It’s warm not hot. Most likely from the wait time. Ordered about 6:50 pm got my food at 7:25 pm it’s a 5 minute drive for me. Started eating and the chicken was rubbery biscuits tasted old and falling apart. I used to work for kfc. And I

I want to start by saying this has happened multiple times. I always do a mobile order; usually, they take at least 15 minutes, which isn’t the problem. The problem is when they take over 30 minutes to get me my food. In addition, the food was wrong and COLD, of course. The cherry on top? The rude employees who couldn't care less. They finally brought my food out and I received the most half-assed “sorry about the wait” that she could muster. As someone who works in customer service, I would NEVER have a customer sitting for that long. And if I did, I would give them a real apology with a drink or a little snack in addition. I ordered at 11:59 this morning if management cares to check.

Be sure to check your food before driving all the way home. They can’t get it right then expect you to pack it all back up and bring it back to make it right? That doesn’t make up for the inconvenience. At least the people after me hopefully won’t get flat soda . And if management wants to confirm who was working it was placed at 7:23 order placed and after long wait and the drive 12 min drive home it’s now 8:06 just to wrong food and flare drinks
