KFC

Food was hot but what happened to the flavor. Had to add seasonings to make chicken taste better, nevee had to do that before. When did y'all loose the herbs and spices. You should bring them back.

I'm at work until 1015pm every night. My dad loves their pot pies... He's a veteran bedridden can't walk. So when I get off I always call to see if they have any left well last few times I've called and nobody will answer phone at this Bryant location ever anymore....it bites BCSE I can't get my dad to eat anything but ramen noodles or oatmeal so when I can this location will not pick up phone they are open til midnight it says....

The food isn't bad but twice they've refused to take an e gift card. It's a KFC e gift card. Franchise office tools me they take them but the lady who says she's the GM refuses. What's the point of a KFC gift card if you can't use it at KFC? I walked away again, with no food.

Stopped by on the way through headed home from a road trip to grab a quick bite. Walked in at 10:55 to someone up front then walked to the back. After about 5 minutes someone finally came to take the order. The guy then in a rude tone says for future reference the lobby closes at 11. The sign as seen below says only hours of operations. Then was told 15 minutes for a filet so changed to a famous bowl with large fry. After the workers handled the food with no gloves or any hand washing we finally got our food about 15-20 minutes. We did not have a large fry so I asked about them only to be told didn’t order them so I ordered them and payed for them. All of the food was terrible between being to salty, hard as a rock or soggy. They also didn’t give the receipt just left it in the printer. Af

Check your family 8 piece family dinner this is the third time I’ve gotten all the way home and discovered all dark meat on a Thursday night . They pack everything on top making it hard to open it and check to make sure you don’t get screwed. Very clever they are! So I paid this price for all dark meat and cold to boot
