KFC

I eat here about once a week and I like it. It's the slowest and most unorganized of any restaurant in town. To make it worse they say your online order is done before its even started in most cases

They were running a online special for chicken strips for ten dollars, for forces for 5 of them. But at 1:30 in the afternoon, they were out. The guy at the register wanted to give me four pieces of dark beat to replace my five white meat chicken strips. I told him no I did not want dark meat, and I asked about chicken nuggets.He said how about twelve, now mind you, they were running a special on chicken nuggets, 5 for a dollar. Technically, if you went by their special, I said, I got fifty for my ten dollars.But I just took twenty just to get the heck out of there.And turned out the chicken nuggets were terrible and dry.

Ordered Door dash and the dasher informed me that my order had been stolen and that they were remaking it, after getting here I realized that it wasn’t even the right order! I was missing the biscuits and only got 1 potato and 1 coleslaw. I called they said they would have it resent (the whole order) it’s been over an hour and nothing has arrived!! I paid an extremely high amount for the food that I got!! I have requested a refund from door dash even though it wasn’t their fault! It will be a long time IF I ever go back to KFC

Im a local and love KFC chicken, but im just done with this place. Women at the counter is the most disrespectful good service person ive ever met and she is in there regularly. This was 12:30 in the afternoon on 12/30/25. The insides of the restaurant is filthy and the restrooms are just gross to touch anything and flat out stink. I left when she told me they were out of mashed potatoes with an attitude. Never stepping foot in there again.

Decent food if they can get the order right. Usually short on how many pieces of chicken u are supposed to get or on a side. I stopped even attempting to dine in there because the restaurant is usually filthy and floors are covered in wrappers and dirt.
