Tenders so overcooked you can't chew them. Ordered wedges and queso. Was given a half individual side. Drive thru said they don't carry that. Fine, then refund or make it right. Offered me 2 more tiny burnt potato wedges. Had to go in and let them know that wasn't a $9 entree... 😡. Won't be back

Had a order set for pickup at 4pm got there early and the lady let me know they were working on it. But I watched one play on her phone and count money in front of customers and even eating while behind the counter. Then they proceeded to keep staring at me while I was waiting and didn't even bother to have me go around and park after seen 8 cars lined up. Then at 4:02 they handed me my order which was sitting sitting on the counter for at least almost 10 minutes. KFC what happened to your standards stop lowering the bar hold your workers to a standard. Won't be back

Food was hard , dry and over cooked. Need new management and staff

Sat in the drive thru for close to 30 minutes just to be greeted at the window by an extremely rude cashier. She slung the door open and said "what's your order" I told her I had a pickup order and she went to get it and came back with a half full drink and a bag of cold food. I had already wasted my entire lunch break waiting for my food so I didn't have the time to ask for fresh food or I would have. I asked to have my half full $4 drink topped off to which she replied "what's that mean" I said "can you fill it up? it's halfway full"... she snatched the drink from me and audibly sighed while filling the drink up. She shoved it back my way and slammed the drive thru window shut. Maybe if you don't want people asking for you to fix issues with their food, do your job right the first time.

I called at 7:30 to ask about their holiday hours. They said they just closed. However, as I was passing the establishment on my way to a different restaurant, I saw they were still taking orders at the drive-thru. I pulled up to the speaker and the holiday hours sticker posted said they close at 8pm, not 7:30. I No one ever contacted me over the 10 minutes I waited at the speaker. I pulled forward to the front window and once again, no staff member came to the window to talk to me, despite knocking twice. I went to the front door and called a staff member out, who simply said their boss told them they closed at 7:30 and refused to elaborate or provide reconciliation. The staff are unprofessional and unaccommodating. I get that we all want to go home during the holidays, but if the public
