KFC

Can't blame them personally for their prices. They're trying to keep up with inflation. I definitely do look at the 5pc tender meal every time I get it and think..."this isn't $15 worth of food". But I like the flavor of the chicken and it's always moist and hot. So I keep coming back.

We started going hear a few months ago because the KFC near us closed, which was too bad. But these guys are on it!! Everytime we been here, drive-thru only so far, they've done a great job. They have been surprisingly fast, very good KFC food and very friendly too!! We'll be back again, it's worth the trip!! Thanks again!! P.S. When I say a surprisingly fast, I'm not kidding, the last time, last week, we were only at the window for less than a minute and total time in the drive-thru this trip was less than two minutes!!!!

I used to give KFC slack because you know what you're getting into when you go. But I cannot do that anymore. The chicken is extremely greasy, every time you touch it you get covered in oil. The skin now has a grainy texture to it, the mashed potatoes have no real flavor and the prices are insane. 20 dollars for 8 pieces is unacceptable. Compared to Japanese KFC it is night and day, over there the food is better, the service is spectacular and the restaurants are not just clean but sparkling. Here however the food is disgusting, the service is terrible (waited nearly 5 minutes at the drive-thru before they asked for my order) and the cleanliness is terrible. About 3 years back, this location was horrible. Worst service I've ever had. New management must have come in about 2 years ago. Big turnaround. Sadly, they've been back tracking on their service. Clueless employees, tons of mistakes with orders, and common orders taking forever. I really hope things start to turn around.

Didnt check my food till I got home and they gave me the wrong order so I had to go back after trying to call and they did not answer the phone. Was told it would be 5 mins and I was waiting 15 witch isn't a big deal , im fine with waiting but got my food and they still missed most my biscuits . And the staff was rude and unprofessional. I work in food service so I know mistakes happen but at least you can do is make it right ! Worst customer service I've experienced..
