KFC

Went through the drive thru and ordered two chicken fried steak specials, we also ordered two chicken pot pies..the steak was overcooked and rubbery and the pot pies were basically empty as the crust was caved it! Very very disappointing! After being a KFC fan since I was a child, I have to say not a fan anymore..also called to complain and I asked to talk to a manager..I heard him in the background say 'It's Rush Hour, tell them to call later.'

Did an online order and stated pick up time 12:00 p.m. When arriving to pick up the order we were told order is not ready it only popped up on the screen at 12:00. Why have online if order is not ready as scheduled. Also told to park and come inside for order! What? What is drive through for except for the convenience of online ordering and drive through?

You may ask why I'm only given two stars this time. So I asked for two meals which I got however I got old chicken strips, I asked for my gravy on the side of my mashed potatoes cuz I like to dip my chicken into the gravy. However I got old chicken strips mashed potatoes with gravy on top and they look pretty old the drink was good the biscuits a little hard but it's edible. The gentleman that took my order was very nice and they were pretty fast but I just can't even eat my food because it's old.

No receipt. No napkins. As I waited for them, she rudely said what do you want? She barked at me if you want them You Have To Ask for Them. She wanted me to believe I was the only on on the planet expecting these common courtesy's Did she overcharge me or scam my card??? I was having a good day until... AM 11/25

It took them almost 10 min to get a famous bowl, medium mtn dew, and some potatoe wedges. Honestly, everyone in canon says burger king is bad, but this is just sad how bad it was. Good luck
