Food freshly fixed and the customer service was excellent. Store currently has 98.5 grade and the only complaint is windows need cleaning. Otherwise, dining room and bathroom was clean.

We placed our order at 2:59 PM in drivethru and pulled around and paid then was asked to pull up and then later asked to pull into parking space while 2 other cars were already pulled which i don’t get how they can do drive-through times when they pull every single car that goes through their drive-through. We waited until 3:25 to go in and ask and they said it hadn’t been that long then i showed him the time in the receipt and then he went to the back so we came back outside and proceeded to wait until 4:01PM to go back inside and ask for a refund and then they brought our food to us and gave us extra food but did not refund. It was unacceptable for us to be waiting for over an hour when the place was not even busy.

Been going to the store for probably more than15 years now. Usually ordering in-store or online and then picking up immediately.I have since used DoorDash and more online ordering/self pick up. Always had good experiences when I ordered in the store or online while I was in the store to get certain deals. No problems there. However, Two times ago, I ordered from DoorDash and we were missing the two orders of gravy that I paid for and the coleslaw was put on top of the hot stuff where… Heat rises… I think the coleslaw should be put in a separate bag with the sauces or something.;) Ordered again on DoorDash another time and still didn't receive the two orders of gravy I paid for. Once, every blue moon when I'm down in Clemmons and on that side of the street, I'll stop into this KFC and get a chicken sammy. The food wasn't horrible as you can scape gobs of mayo off, but as usual, you really get it impressed to you that you're bothering them by placing an order. The only real surprise is that this location is still here?

Stellar service at this location! Kori, Nae, and Adrian all greeted me as they were working on orders. The food is excellent and their smiling faces make customers want to come back and feel welcome. Kudos to you for hiring such incredible staff who cares about customer service.
