KFC

Been eating here for years and been getting senior discount and today told me I had to be 65 to get discount. It has always been 55 and staff argued with me and said it has always been 65. I pulled up KFC website and it said 55. Then they said this was a franchise store and they could do what they want.

It was the worst food I have ever ate. At any Kentucky Fried Chicken, the meat was dry. The nuggets were dry, the tea was nasty. And the mac and cheese was burnt

The customer service was poor. We ordered food at the drive-thru. The man taking the order rushed us. Then they told us to pull to the front and wait for the food. My husband had to walk inside to receive the order. One of the items we ordered was fried pickles. We received 5 small pickles. The amount was not correct. Overall, the food was hot and good. The cooks did a good job of cooking the food. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the customer service by the man on the cash register. He did not have a good customer service attitude. I understand it was busy. However, I have worked for many years with the public. It is important to have a good customer service attitude. Regardless of the circumstances. If I could use Zero stars I would! Just left this establishment and the Young female Decided that it was good business to have a conversation with her coworker as I was standing there using the N-word and when I called her out on it, she said oh I can’t use that word. I said absolutely no one should be using that word.! I don’t care in what manner If it’s slang or not, it’s not appropriate in any setting anywhere For anyone no matter what your race is! The manager on staff did not seem to have a care in the world about it. I can assure you, I will not be back to this establishment.

Waited 45 minutes for order after it said was ready. Wrong order. Manager Jordan was rude. Franchise owner non-responsive and KFC customer service horrible. Negative 20.
