KFC

Bought a 10 piece extra crispy bucket of chicken with sides and an extra coleslaw. The chicken was all soggy and slimy. The coleslaw was old. I bought one extra with the meal, went back to return it and the manager gave one fresh one which it should have been when I bought it and 2 new extra crispy pieces of chicken of the 10. Then she told me they need to make money. I will never return there after 30 years of picking up drive thru. Never again. I had to cook something else thats how bad it was.

Paid for a large fry, I didn’t get my large fry. I tried the gravy flight and not only did they forget the normal gravy, the peppercorn was so watery it wouldn’t even stick to the chicken. This place is disgusting, staff was nice, but this happens every single time.

Honestly , KFC is failing because of drop in food quality as well as high prices, they're much more expensive than Popeyes. Even through the KFC app, the deals are insanely NOT good deals. Some may even argue that Popeyes is even better than KFC. Have better deals, and you would win me and other customers.

Store claims to open at 10:30am. Doors are locked and not a single car in the lot. No staff is present and no answer via phone. Staff unlocked doors at 10:32am. At least answer the phone.

I purchased a piece chicken yesterday. Breast and wing side order I took coleslaw. I went back to work I saw leg and thigh.so I went there today and said it to the manager on duty. I ordered a breast and wing yesterday and I got leg and thigh which leg and thigh is on sale for $5.00 something and they charged me $10.85 yesterday how do you go about this ? I didn’t have the receipt but the charge was on my phone and the signal picking up in the restaurant. She ask as if I came in to make a big deal over $5.00 . What is really $5.00 ? All the care about is a paycheck and not the company there work for. And if the company close half of the time they struggle to find a job because they have no customer service.
