KFC

DISRESPECTFUL! They just sold me this, y'all need to just close the doors. The manager need to be fired on spot! As well as the person that packed this up to sell. You have GOT to be mentally insane or high to sell his. The mash potatoes been in the styrofoam cup all day. I'm calling KFC International tomorrow‼️ The whole crew need to GO‼️ No one there deserve to get paid, I hope this location close down. Update: My husband took the good back and came back and the replacement order was wrong. I ordered a breast and wing combo, the replacement was a thigh and 2 wings it was hot but not cooked to kfc standards. I will be in touch with Ms. Holly tomorrow pictures will be included.

Third time going to this store and having to sit and wait for an hour to get online order. I will no longer support this KFC. Clearly you do not care about your customers and you're inconsiderate of other people waiting and wasting their time. Customer called me to inform that KFC gave them/me the wrong order. SMH, I'm not surprised.

I had the worse experience ever, at this kfc! I went to drive thru at about 8:30pm. They had signs on the speaker but it was so dark I couldn’t read it. I used my flashlight and found out the speaker was down. I really had to use restroom so I drove on around. When I got to the window I was informed that I would have to come in to order. I asked her would she just please let me order here. She refused and sighted the drive thru buzzer was the reason. I explained I had to go to restroom really bad and I would have to get my walker. I am a senior and it was dark outside, reason for the drive thru. She again refused. I couldn’t believe it. I was really getting lazy vibes so I left. It was late and I really had to go home at this point without food. I really felt that kfc customer service was

Okay so I went here a couple times recently and the staf were super nice my food was hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean. Ill be back to this particular one. The manager even offered me a job 🥰 he waa telling me about the benefits they have and how scheduling isn't a problem. I dont need a job but im glad to know its good staffing at this location. Ill definitely be back

I ordered an 8 peice white meat bucket. I was given 4 dark prices. But charged for an all white. Service was not friendly, plesant or professional. A street person was allowed to walk off the street and enter where the food was being prepared. Not sanitary. it looks as though this person was known to the staff.
