KFC

We enjoy the food when we get it. The last 3 times couldn't get our order correct. Just a family meal sub coleslaw with Mac and cheese and surprise when we get home and see coleslaw. Need a manager to double check the orders before the orders leave the kitchen.

Ordered some kfc off their app. My door dasher delivered it to me in a plastic sealed bag. Awesome. What wasn’t so awesome was that half my order was missing and wrong things were given. When I called about it,they tried to deny it even happened and trying to place the blame on my door dasher saying she “must’ve taken the food out of your bag”. The bag was sealed and not tampered with. The drinks were wrong. They refused to take accountability for what happened. I wasn’t even mad about the food being missing although I’m mad now because by the time I picked up the right food and got home, the food that I had received that was correct was cold. So I paid 16 bucks for cold food because they didn’t check their bags thoroughly and wanted to place blame on others. Do better kfc. Teach your empl

Food and Atmosphere I couldnt tell you. Because they wouldnt unlock the doors at opening time. When I called to see if it was just overlooked I was told they wouldnt unlock the door because their was only one person working. (Not sure how she drove both cars there in the parking lot, special skill i guess.) But I definitely recommend not trying this one!

I ordered on the app so I could grab my food and make it to the meeting. I pulled in, waited in line for the car in front of me to even be waited on. 5 minutes later it’s my turn. Immediately I’m told “please wait”. After 3 minutes he comes back and I say I ordered online. I’m told to pull around. I noticed the car that was in front of me in line is in the adjacent lot . I pull up to the window and I’m given a drink and told to go pull into the lot next to the other car. As I’m sitting there, two more cars are given drinks and told to go to the lot. After 10-15 minutes the guy comes out with bags of food. He gives food to the first car, then comes to me and asks what my order way. I tell him and he gives me a bag of food. We got here at 3:50 the guy in the drive through left half way through us ordering and left for over 20 minutes. we leave and see people going through the drive through so we try and go through again just to wait again its 4:17. We got here at 3:50 still no food haven't even been able to order. It's Friday January 9th 4:00 pm. Update was given the wrong chicken on top of all that what the heck
