I have never had such an amazing experience in a KFC as I did at the one in Del Rio. The cashier was very clear that my family and I would have to wait 10 minutes to get our chicken, and boy was the wait worth it! The chicken was delicious and very crispy! Every worker was very attentive and happy to help whenever needed. The manager even threw in some apple desserts for the wait. I am very pleased with their customer service and although I am not a local, I will happily stop here whenever passing by!

Getting out of work I was craving some delicious chicken. Upon arriving at KFC I placed my order and asked them to make it fresh. Only to be sadly disappointed by over cooked chicken. You could tell they just threw it back in the fryer to heat up not caring. Not to mention I did not receive the accurate amount of chicken I paid for. I wouldn't even serve the chicken to my own dogs. There isn't such a thing as caring for the customers health anymore. If I had eaten that chicken I would probably be sitting on the toilet writing this review

A quiet and very clean place to enjoy your meal.

If I could give them negative stars I would. They messed up my order and over charged us and could not give a refund. It was the cashiers fault my ours. They mess up orders left and right. I don’t recommend this place at all 👎🏼👎🏼
