I usually always come here for a quick meal, today the chicken was so soggy & pink I couldn’t even imagine myself eating it. I only ate the mash & gravy/ fries. I was disappointed because I didn’t have time to come back & normally my food is good with no issues. 7/5/25 around 2pm
Today was the last chance to KFC in east Hartford, many times I went there, I was always with the same regret…. Why still returning? Because, I was hoping this time it will be ok. But no…!!! Still soggy and greasy as always. This time I ask for refund. I hope some day soon…..what we are paying for it will be worthy. And yes this message is the people who are responsible to take care the business and give the customers to have a good meal, No what they are selling now.
I did 2 separate online orders & they got one of them wrong. My side was mashed potatoes & I received fries. Once I leave I’m gone & don’t have time to return receive my missing item. You have one job and you can’t even do that right. Never coming to this location again.
this is a gem of a fast food joint. counter service was kind. food, ACTUALLY looked like a commercial. thank you all here. thank you for taking the few extra minutes to make my order well. this franchise is A+
Their chicken nuggets taste terrible and my hot and spicy wings were kinda stale :(
