I have to say how disappointed I am with the quality of the food. We ordered 2 chicken pot pies and correct me if I am wrong but, there should be Chicken in it. I received 2 Chicken pot pies with nothing but carrots and a few pieces of potatoes and pies in dried up gravy. Is is sad that our hard earned money is wasted when prices are sky rocketing and we received bare minimum quality food and service for that matter. KFC do better after all you business need clientel in order to continue in business. So sad.

The chicken was delicious. The best chicken I’ve had from a restaurant in a long time. The Coleslaw was on the mark and the biscuits were perfectly cooked. Everything was delicious. I look forward to another delicious meal.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. I placed an order and waited patiently, only to be informed seven minutes later that my food was not yet prepared. Upon requesting a refund, I was told that your restaurant does not offer refunds — despite the fact that I never received any food. To make matters worse, I was offered an item worth $4.99 as a replacement for the item I initially ordered, which was valued at $6.99. This was not only unacceptable but felt like I was being taken advantage of. When I requested the name of a manager or the franchise owner to escalate my concerns, the employees claimed they did not know and didn’t even check their paychecks for such information.
