KFC

There was probably enough salt on my French fries to keep my sidewalk ice-free for a couple of days this winter. The woman taking my order (long pony tail) at the drive through was slightly focused and I only had to repeat my order twice.

Staff is very friendly. It doesn't matter what day or time I go to KFC, the staff is always friendly. The chicken? A bit over cooked? Maybe under the heating lamp too long because it was very hard a chewy. The restaurant was clean but it had fruit flies flying around in December? Staff is lovely. Food is ok. And the cleanliness was ok.

Rubbish food!!!! We ordered extra crispy, but it was extra Oily. And not only that, it all smelled of old over used oil. It tasted very stale and bitter from the oil as well. Seems like they never change their oil and that's why the chicken were brown and burnt. The fries were stale and chewy. It was awful food quality. The worst kfc we've ever had. Never ever going back to that location again. We've had shot glasses bigger than their drinks. But I guess the people were okay as far as their pleasantries went. They were nice enough. And now the food is churning in my stomach and I want to throw up. Garbage food quality KFC!!!!! 🤢🤮

I ordered an 8 piece chicken bucket a couple weeks ago - several pieces were mostly breading with little chicken. The mac and cheese was burnt, but the mashed potatoes were fine. Figured it was just a bad experience and I let it go. Half an hour ago I ordered 2 chicken pot pies via drive thru. Both were roughly half filled and the top of the one the pies wasn't even attached to the tin. I haven't called to complain because the sign in the window clearly states "no refunds". Two times in a row I've been extremely disappointed with this location - I have been going here for over 30 years. From reading the recent comments this year, it seems like KFC's response will be "thank you for visiting us, thank you for the feedback" with no resolution. KFC isn't what it used to be. Continually gets worse. I ordered 3 pc tenders. Not only were they not tender they were rubbery. Flavorless. I hadn't been to KFC in yrs. Maybe this is why. So disappointing. Would like to think it's this location but the fact that it's a chain leads me to believe it would be equally bad elsewhere. This saddens me. Used to be a favorite of mine.
