KFC

Omg! This is NOT an exaggeration but this literally is the best KFC I’ve had!! Like I tried to call them to let them know but no answer. Everything was absolutely delicious! The biscuit was buttery and just melt in my mouth. The chicken was piping hot and soft yet crispy just the way I like the original recipe. The mashed potatoes were creamy and NOT dry! If I wasn’t just out here every blue moon, I would visit this KFC location often!

Poor customer service. I pulled up at the order box where u place ur order and looking at my receipt the cashier is Cherjuana this lady has a very NASTY ATTITUDE ma'am if u don't want to work or didn't want to come to work KEEP U AND UR NASTY ATTITUDE AT HOME she has poor customer service and needs a refresher class on customer service cause it seems she's forgotten about all customer service when I was trying to place my order she kept cutting me off how can u hear what the customer wants if u keep cutting them off I read another complaint on the KFC review complaining of the same thing NASTY ATTITUDES POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE so apparently the manager or GM here at this location doesn't care or doesn't read these reviews so I'll be contacting corporate to see if they can adjust her and all

Store was clean; personnel were prompt and willing to help. However, I had to exchange the pepsi drinks because the machines were dispensing soda water. No apologies were offered, so I asked for sweet tea instead.

Horrible customer service. They always claim they are out of chicken pot pies, regardless of the time of day. The management is almost nonexistent! The owners should be ashamed!

This location always have a long wait on chicken. I literally waited almost an hour to pick up my online order. The customer service is terrible. I will not be coming back to this location.
