KFC

(Editing my review. I didn't realize I was reviewing the GB one instead of my local one in Marinette). This KFC just doesn't stack up the same way as our local one. They were terribly slow, the food was definitely NOT fresh, and the teenagers working there had so much attitude it wasn't funny. I came through on drive thru and it took them 6minutes to acknowledge me and another 17 to get my food. Then, they got my entire order wrong. It took another 5 minutes to get my order back correctly. I will say that the manager did the right thing by immediately taking over the making of my order herself and made sure it was correct this time (though the food still wasn't as fresh as I would like) and she threw in a free (soggy) side of potato wedges for my trouble. Absolutely awful experience. Ordered for delivery. Their oven was “broken” and thus couldn’t make the pot pies. Instead of contacting me they decided to substitute with another item. I was never informed of this until. I drove 25 minutes across town to speak with someone, since they decided to not answer the phone any of the 5 times I called. One of the employees loudly asked another what “what his malfunction is”. They employee said that since it was a door dash order that they were unable to refund my order. There was not other offer for resolution, instead she took my order from me and handed me a piece of paper with a phone number scribbled on it and told me to call the number. I did not receive my money or my food. Everyone was insanely rude and disrespectful not to mention unhelpful

I went to the drive through, only to be told they had no chicken, while employees were outside smoking!!!! When they do have chicken, the employees treat you like you are annoying them.... Interrupting time in their cell phones. I will never go back. The time I did get chicken it was a little rare and greasy! The whole time employees smoking outside. Employees going in and out of cars in the parking lot. Drug deals? They all had their little bags!

DON'T BUY LONG JOHNS SILVERS here!! You have been warned. I should have checked to see if there were any reviews. (Still haven't looked yet). Fish, shrimp, hush puppies, chicken taste like they are cooked in the same OLD grease. Thank God for the mashed potatoes and slaw, they are prepackaged and hard to foul up. I ordered 2 fish combo meals and an 8 piece chicken meal. Fish over cooked, shrimp(That was in one of the fish combos) over cooked as well. Chicken was good(greasy, but that is normal for KFC). One good thing was the politeness of the workers, super nice. The manager/owner need to have some pride in their business. If the food being served like ours, it should not leave the back. I would rather throw it away, return any money to the patrons, and stop selling til the issues are re

The cashier was the best! So funny and so nice! Once I got my food I saw that one of my hush puppies was not fully cooked and they had forgotten my cookie. After asking for a new hush puppy and my cookie I received exactly what I needed and smiles! I would definitely go back!
