Staff are always the nicest and never mess up an order. There are never very many workers at one time so I imagine it's difficult but it's still quick without loss of quality. Best fast food around and better than some actual restaurants, Sir Adam is exceptional.

Someone from corporate needs to come and train the staff … it is 12:04 pm 01/05/2026 why am i being served old chicken that is hard. store is a wreck signs everywhere. They are not aware of their own menu and current specials. Just pathetic

Friendly people, probably some of the friendliest staff, but terrible food. Stale and hardened chicken and fries from laying under heat lamps about every time. Friendliness is great, but I’m paying for this food and it needs to be more than barely edible.

The only place that can serve you a warm (room temperature) diet Pepsi without ice when you ordered a regular Pepsi. Who would even serve a warm soda? Who drinks warm soda? Why no ice bro? was it too expensive? They constantly forget to include napkins. its not just a 1-time accident as they have done this consistently every week for the last 2 months. Guess they cannot afford napkins and have to dial back the hospitality to pinch a few pennies out of the customer. The food takes 30 minutes to make even though its after 5pm and rush dinner time. Asked for sauces, was told they were in the bag. Plastic bag is clear(see through) no sauces. Would not give sauces. If I could give 0 stars, I would. We ordered through the drive-thru, and the lady taking our order—an older woman—had a completely unfriendly attitude toward everything we asked for. I requested extra sauces, which were handed to us in a rude manner. No napkins were included in our order, no utensils, nothing to actually eat our food with. I had to get out of the car to ask for what was missing. When I politely asked for extra plates, I was told, “We don’t have plates.” A restaurant with no plates—funny, right? This might be the first negative review I’ve ever written in my life, but the experience was so bad that it deserves to be shared.
