Their spicy chicken sandwich is $3.99 plus tax. It always looks just like the adds. Comes out quick and fresh. Im doing a job out here in hayward and at this specific location the service is always perfect and food is always fresh and comes out quick. I wish the KFC near where I live was like this one. Good staff, good management, and food looks like the add!

I pulled up to pick up my son‘s order and I asked for barbecue and honey mustard. He said he can only give me one. I said I will pay for extra. The server had the nerve to tell me that he had customers behind me which it was only one person But he wanted me to pull out and go get back in line. That’s not good customer service.

Came here, had us wait in a spot was time 3-7 minutes but 20 minutes went by and we were still waiting and they got our order wrong, cars that came after us left before us and it wasn't even busy. Maybe hire competent people then they wouldn't fumble so much..

Chicken pot pie was priced very reasonable. The pie did has a bone in it. That's the only thing that should cause me to rate 3 stars.

All the employees were on the line on the phone and seemed bothered when I called out to them for my order that was sitting out of my reach, completed, on the counter. They also went to the trouble to block the bathrooms with chairs, but still offer a dining area. I couldn't even wash my hands to eat. I do not recommend this location.
