I can't give it fewer stars because Maps doesn't allow it. Waiting over 30 minutes for a simple bowl order? The lobby sign says it closes at 9, and I arrived at 8:30 and they wouldn't let me sit down. Very poor service. One less customer.

Rude employees, one of girls doesn't stop coughing on top of the food. We asked for Ketchup and instead of placing ketchup in my hand, she tossed ketchup onto the counter. Overpriced chicken, NEVER AGAIN.

Food tasted like nothing. Funny thing about this is my kid stopped there 20 minutes after me and upon finding this out, I stated my ‘food tasted lime chit.’ She said hers was exactly the same, missing something and she threw hers away after 1 bite.

I ordered an 8 piece extra crispy meal and 2 chicken sandwiches, and they told me it would be 15 min for crispy chicken, they just put it in. Fine. Told me to pull up and wait. So I did. *30 minutes later.* I am still sitting there. I go back around the drive through. Pull up to a different person. They asked what I had, I told them. my food was just sitting there on the counter ready to go. They never told me I needed to go in and get it or if they were going to bring it out to me, they just told me to pull up and wait. The woman who took my order today.
