My daughter and I ate here for lunch and it was great! Awesome service, the front register worker even went around and asked how everyone's lunch was! He was an awesome older guy, never seen him there before.

Service was good but this was funny. I ordered the cheese and wedges and this is what I was expecting vs what I got. Small fry instead of LARGE wedges

They recently closed the KFC closest to my house. This one is by the mall. Plenty of parking, clean counter and seating area. The only thing is they always have new employees who are trying to figure out the register. They are friendly though. The food is always good and I am a big fan.

I never seen country fried stake offered at kfc. But this location have it. Not sure if it started or just this location. I need to say that was delicious. Good flavor and amazing with the gravy on top give a delicious convination. Thanks to the team members that were nice and fast.

The manager can’t speak properly, forgot to give me a receipt and messed up my order. Then lied about giving me a receipt and got mad with a unprofessional attitude when I came in to politely ask for my order correctly because I’ve worked fast food. Then she passed me to the assistant manager in anger who can’t do basic math without a calculator. I ordered a 5.99 2 piece box and wanted the side swapped out with extra side. All I got was 2 sides and no receipt then got blamed for it and not having a receipt. Management needs to be changed over. The CSR is more competent than both of those skonkas combined. Will never eat here again. And I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know the same.
