KFC

Ordered 8 pc meal with 2 lg sides- Only had legs and thighs-Asked for pot and gravy and coleslaw- got 3 small pot and gravy and 1 small slaw. Asked for all original- only 2 pcs original the rest was crispy. It was really salty!!!!Not a good experience!

There is a Lady that works there is very rude every time I order. She hands our order and I said there is no ice in my drink. She just looks and we finally ask her do you not have any? She shakes her head and walks off!! Plus this is the first time the food wasn't any good at all.

I know it’s fast food, but I still expected better than this. I placed an online order at 6:55 PM and what followed was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. • When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was told my order wasn’t ready and to wait 10 minutes. I waited 13, went back, and was told again it wasn’t ready. • The employee admitted he gave all the chicken to other customers—even those who ordered after me. Cars behind me were served while I sat waiting. • I was told if I switched my order to crispy instead of original, I could get food in 5 minutes. Otherwise, it would be another long wait. I decided to try kfc Hot Springs AR tonight hoping it will better than other kfc I've been to. I'm not surprised at poor quality of food. I ordered a Famous Bowl. The chicken was burnt rock hard, the food was cold, and there was hair in it. Another kfc failure as expected. It was a complete waste of money and time. Never eating kfc again, Popeyes is just down the street.

I haven't been to kfc for a while cause of the service. But this server Ricky is the best I've seen in a very long time! He is definitely an asset to this company and I will definitely be back!
