KFC

We wanted to get mac & cheese and some chicken for dinner, so decided to go to this KFC near our hotel. It was about an hour before closing, the store was empty but there were plenty of customers in drive thru lane and for take out. This KFC shared the location with Taco Bell as well. The inside of the store was so nice, loved the iconic bucket hanging from the ceiling. Lots of tables for dining in. We put in order in a kiosk. Sadly it took them 20 minutes tell us they didn’t have the original chicken anymore, so we settled for crispy ones. Took them another 10 minutes to hand us our order. The staff in general were friendly. Despite such disappointing service, the food was incredible. The mac and cheese, coleslaw, chicken all were so tasty. Honestly really good food from this KFC. Chickens were crispy, warm, good portion. Biscuits and Mac&cheese were buttery. We definitely waited a while for the food to come out. Looked like lots online orders and they seemed to finish those orders first. The dining area was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. This was 21:00 (9pm). I’m assuming they did the cleaning for the night

It's exactly 6:58 PM now and I've been in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes and it's not moving. I don't understand why they close the restaurant before the supposed closing time. It's completely disorganized. Once you get in the drive-thru line, you have no choice but to wait because they created a drive-thru with only one lane. Terrible!

Ordered 16 piece wings with multiple sides. Only to receive an 8 piece wing. We called and were told to come back and get my proper meal. We came back and were told they had to look at the cameras. Then stated they gave us the 16 piece. Im suppose to just believe they checked the cameras. Bunch of thieves can't admit when they make a mistake..

This place needs to be visited by the Dept of health and a regional manager. Immediately. 1. The entire floor was awash in filthy water. Wasn’t even close to dry after 20 minutes. 2. The kitchen crew performed like the Keystone Kops. Three different people wondered if they should take my order until someone finally did. 3. They got my order wrong. 4. My drink cup was presented to me by someone who stuck three fingers inside the cup. No gloves. 5. Four of the drink options were unavailable 6. When I opened the bag I noticed there were no napkins. There were none by the utensils. I went to the counter and asked for some napkins …. and was handed *one* ….with the explanation that they had run out. The gloveless woman had 3 or 4 more in her hand behind her back which she begrudgingly
