KFC

Had to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes before someone took my order. At the pay window they told me they no longer had original chicken so I would have to substitute for something else, I then had to remind them to give them my drink before pulling off. Got home and realized they gave me the wrong side and no biscuits for either meal.

The service was incredibly slow, and the employees were overly cheerful, singing songs, joking, and having fun as much as they could instead of working. The burger was really good, much better than Chick-fil-A.

We frequent this KFC a lot. Tonight and I was so exhausted that I ordered KFC for delivery. First time doing so. Chicken was cooked well and juicy and crispy, since we ordered the extra crispy. However, when I opened the 2 family size mashed potatoes it looked like they had not even tried to mix up the potato powder. This is a $25 dollar meal, how hard was it to mix mashed potatoes correctly. When I tried to call the store no one answered. Just save your money.

Unlike the other reviews, we had a great experience starting with the young lady who was the cashier to the quality of the food. Let me name that we rarely eat KFC, (maybe a half dozen times, at most, in the past 22 years that we’ve lived here) and so, I’m legitimately giving credit where credit is due. The only negative was the biscuits. They could use some improvement in terms of the way they are mixed and the taste. All in all, 5/5.

On Monday I was happy to try the chicken livers since they are back on the menu didn't even mind waiting 5 minutes for them to cook fresh and hot . Imagine my disappointment when I get home and the whole large order was sour and rancid I made several attempts to contact management so no one else would receive spoiled food but no answer I don't even live near this location but it has always been my favorite everyone is always kind friendly and courteous I know this is not the usual for this location please just be aware
