KFC

This has to be the worse KFC. I ordered a 2 piece original chicken meal and they gave me bite size. Chicken. Absolutely horrible to serve and people food in this manner. At least compensate your customer with another piece to at least equal out a normal size portion. Poor quality and service. Never again. KFC do better.

I really enjoyed my experience today, had someone in the front with the name tag Sofia that attended me super nicely and respectfully, my food was fresh, hot and tasted better than i thought it would considering these reviews. definitely recommend and will be returning to order the 5 piece tender big box combo, chefs kiss.

Chicken pot pie is my favorite. The crust is crispy, and the pot pie ingredients is fresh. French fries and sweet tea was ordered as sides. Drive thru service was quick and easy. Good customer service!

THIS IS NOT EVEN MEANT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT AS A WHOLE. IT IS MEANT FOR AN EMPLOYEE WHO WORKS IN THE DRIVE THRU. OLDER SOUNDING MALE THICK CARIBBEAN ACCENT. VERY RUDE AS SOON AS BEGINS TO TALK TO YOU. I ASKED HIM ONE SIMPLE QUESTION AND HE IGNORED MY QUESTION STAYED SILENT AND SAID WHATS YOUR NEXT ORDER I SAID SIR IM ASKING YOU A QUESTION IM NOT SURE IF YOURE NOT UNDERSTANDING AND GOES ON AND SAYS I AM UNDERSTANDING. WHAT IS YOUR NEXT ORDER?. IF THIS PERSON IS NOT A MANAGER THEN HIS MANAGER SHOULD WATCH WHO THEY HAVE FOR THEIR STAFF AND ARE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS. IF HE IS A MANAGER THEN THIS REVIEW SHOULD BE SEEN BY HIGHER UPS. YOU ARE LETTING THIS ONE PERSON WHO OBVIOUSLY SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS MAKE THIS ESTABLISHMENT LOSE MONEY. This KFC Used to be one of my favorite KFC in New York, but unfortunately, the employee currently have changed things the other way around very unprofessional and mean and ignorant, and the food made me sick for the entire two days after ordering crispy, spicy wings and wedges. I was trying to be nice to the worker by saying why are you so ignorant the work, I said like yourself be I was like wow I was kind of hesitating if I should’ve eat the food or not, but I end up eating at me and my daughter and I end up sick for two days which I find out weird and strange. Now I’ve got a thing twice and how people handle my food and where I go I am still not myself 100% since I ate that food but way better. I would not recommend unless the employees are changed for the better.
