KFC

So I arrived KFC went to go inside the doors were locked there weren't any cars in the parking lot so I drove around and drive through menu board was turned off there was no lights on it then when I drove past the window I can see people inside so I stopped to see if they were open or not when the manager white lady skinny white lady caught a really bad attitude with me she said anyone with common sense would have stopped at the intercom to let her know they were there and I told her I tried to come in the front doors and they were locked and the lights were off on their conversation on the rest of the building and she basically almost dropped my food handed it to me turn around and walked off extremely rude in 100% out of place

This was the wildest experience. My mom was kind of out of it from a procedure when ordering. We caught the mistake and asked if it was too late to revise the order. Cause we didnt want to hold up the line.The cashier audibly sighed and told them to put the chicken back. Someone from the back yelled "man no" like as to say how much putting some of the chicken back broke their heart. Some people have bad days but from the look of the reviews it seem every day is bad for them. I really hope everyone there finds a job they like to do cause its not this one.

Worst KFC location ever ever time I am to pick up an order the dinning room is always locked and cashiers are disrespectful and don't want to work and I quote "we ain't got no food so you need to leave now" this is ridiculous that the general manager let's this go on and wont fix and don't claim you are trying it has been two years the same crap its ridiculous. Absolutely this store needs to be closed

Didn't get to order any food because the "Manager" was very rude. I pulled up to the drive thru and asked if they could give me a second. Once I let her know I was ready to order she got on the mic and said "If you gonna order then order" in a very rude demeanor. I asked was she speaking to me and then she said she's not taking my order. Very unprofessional.

I only come here when I want to wait an hour and be verbally abused for no reason. This is easily the Worst establishment in charleston, with absolutely no oversight, quality control, or accountability. Id rate 0 stars if I could. Do better!
