Unexpected good Papa Burger and hot fries! Tuesday's $7 Papa Burger Meal was much better than I expected. Hot Hot Fries...excellent! Cold frosted mug for the root bear. Excellent! Burger and bun could have been hotter but it still was much better than I expected. Friendly front counter person. Thank you.

Ordered the Honey BBQ combo. When the cashier set it on the counter several large pieces of the potatoe wedges fell on the floor. No attempt to replace them. Also, didn't order potatoe wedges, had ordered mashed potatoes with gravy. When this discrepancy was noted to the cashier, she simply stated "Well, that's what was on the receipt" and didn't offer to get me the mashed pork had actually ordered. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Some elderly women complained that they thought the breast they received was actually a thigh. Staff accepted the breast back from the elderly women and gave them a new one.... then staff turned around and gave the breast the elderly people had returned and to another customer. Crazy gross and against health regulations! Who knows what those women did with their food before bringing it back to the staff 🤢.

I ordered a KFC deal online and payed with Apple Pay. My Apple Pay gave me a green checkmark indicating that it went through but I did not receive a confirmation from KFC for my order so the system lagged/glitched and then later gave me the confirmation number. My fiancé went to pick up my order but since it lagged he thought the order didn’t go through so he payed for the food through the window but did not receive what was suppose to go with my deal order. When I realized there was two orders I called the restaurant right away and they were unable to cancel my online order and they gave me corporate online support number to call. I was on the phone for about 10 min with corporate before anyone answered. By that time my fiancé had got home with the food and I had took the food back to KFC

I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries They had me wait for 20 minutes to get my food (i was the only person in line) This is hands down the worst KFC that I’ve been to in Tri-Cities Don’t waste your time going here. Service sucks too
