KFC

I have been here for only 30 mins. and in that time they have earned their 1 star. When first arriving 3 of 5 employees working were outside. They place looks closed and empty. We proceeded to ask if they were open one employee said yes and ran back inside while we got in the other two walked back in. When ordering customer service was great but once I got my food my chicken was soggy and definitely not crispy. I have never seen kfc chicken like this honestly gross. I went to ask about getting a different batch and waited at the front counter for about 2-3 mins for someone to notice me while they were in the far end continuing the conversation from outside. Ordered a 4 piece tender and got 6 pieces of chicken that looks like they found it in the garbage....the good for nothing person who cooked this actually put it in a box expecting someone to be happy with this. What a absolute joke, good to know you can't even deep fry chicken. If your job was any harder you would probably explode

I ordered the $10.00 8 pieces of chicken on the App. The chicken was freshly cooked and tasted delicious 😋. A location where it is not busy. Give them a try when you can. 😉

The staff are really nice and do their jobs I don't think it's their fault however the business at this KFC needs some work. Sending everybody to wait outside the drive through I have seen 3 people waiting for their orders while the drivethrough was empty and of course I had an issue with the order they didn't get all my order and I thought I was overcharged but I didn't have a receipt so I had to go into the drive through again just to go wait outside again another time this is ridiculous. Stop timing your employees so they make people go wait outside th4 drive-through because it causes more problems and bad reviews.

The crew at this location is polite and always has my order right. Thank you for great service. Amber you Rock.
