KFC

My wife and I stopped at this KFC in live oak fl and was very disappointed , put our order in for a bowl meal and a 12 piece spicy wings , waited quite awhile and finally got the order , wife's bowl was barely warm and recieved a 2 piece instead of my wings went back up front and tried to tell them and finally they took the wrong meal back and I stood there thinking that they would give me my wings but they didn't, I finally got to ask the employee was I going to get my meal and he shrugged and basically said he didn't know , no effort was made to get it and I waited a bit more and got back in the order line and handed my receipt to the employee , he started going toward the back where manager was and I told him I just wanted a refund and the manager did come and refund the money with no

Went through the drive thru and the lady working the window, Autum, was so sweet and got every part of my order correct. Definitely will be going back. Wonderful service!

I ordered online and they called me to tell me they didn’t have the Mac and cheese I had chose. No other place has called when they ran out of something. I was very satisfied with them and their service and the food was great. 10/10

Went and got lunch yesterday and it was so pleasant! The cashier was a young lady that was so friendly and happy and pleasant to talk to!. The food was hot and ready and amazing!! Thank you!
