EXTREMELY rude service! I literally just left the one on Tom Hills Blvd in Macon, GA and the young black girl with glasses in the drive thru around 6:37pm was grossly rude, had absolutely no patience and was highly abrasive in demeanor. She cut me off the entire time I tried to order…to the point where I just didn’t finish my order because I was just tired of trying to talk to her. By the time I got to the window and she snatched the window open I was over it…I told her to cancel my entire order and left. That type of service is absolutely HORRIBLE for business! She needs immediate coaching…intervention….something. I will never visit that location again

ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK ! apparently when ask Zhi for an extra order at the window you receive already eaten food , this is extremely unsafe an utterly disgusting. Gross!

I did pick up mobile order, came there food was ready. It was fresh and crispy. Their meal actually was pretty decent and very positive product value! I ate all those crispy chicken skin 🍗😁 even before I could take picture of the food I ordered.

If you like "sweet heat", this KFC serves up fresh, hot crispy and juicy wings covered in a delicious sauce! Worth the 12 - 15 minutes wait to have them prepared fresh! I decided to add their light warm homemade biscuits too! Absolutely perfect! Even the staff was wonderful... This restaurant's score is 100!

This food presentation is horrible I asked for a famous bowl “17” and a 5 pc chicken tender combo. My Famous Bowl has burned nuggets and I didn’t even get a full bowl. They didn’t have 5 tenders so I had to settle for a leg, I don’t eat dark meat. Just a bad experience all around.
