The drive thru isn't accessible due to pot holes that u could loose a truck in an the food was wronge an nasty on top of it the bbq chicken sandwich was a plain chicken sandwich an no sauce jus gives u bbq packs an my food was cold an the fries where jus thrown in the bag spilling all out. this place is garbage never will I give them my buisness again an im informing others also not to do so this place should be closed down it's nasty an not clean.it was a waste of $15

Very fast and friendly service. However, the drive through and parking lot have HUGE, unavoidable, potholes.

I went in to dine in , the manager was cussing at the coworkers while there was a child in the lobby eating with their parents , when we said something she said “I’m sorry” but in a very rude voice. Everything was good until she had a nasty attitude.

terrible service and ever worse food forgets half the order almost every time i get home something is missing

KFC did a nice job this time, the food was good and the service was good. We did have to wait 25 mins for our food but they told us that from the get go. So it was a good experience. Thanks Malden KFC.
