Ordered 20 piece honey barbecue wings for $25 the wings had the perfect sticky consistency but the sauce was all wrong. Sauce was extremely salty. Unbearable to eat, the last time I had good honey barbecue wings, it was from KFC on Blue Hills Avenue. Many years ago. It may be a good idea to taste your sauce before you serve it to customers.

I saw a promo for the 12 piece new tenders deal. I ordered it around 1:40pm online and arrived around 1:50pm at the location to find it was not ready. The staff were very apologetic for the wait and friendly. Everything was made fresh and they even threw in the some extra goodies while i was waiting. I probably left there around 2:10pm. Staff went above and beyond to ensure i felt welcome and comfortable while i waited. When i got home with the food and opened everything up it was all excellent. Some of the best KFC ive ever had. Well worth the wait. Thank you!

Food presentation is bad, restaurant doesn’t look too clean, customer service is horrible employees are rude and the wait is more than 20 to receive your food inside or drive through! Will never visit this location again!! This location is not recommended!!

Okay 1.)the order was wrong asked for 2 Mac and cheese not one. And no pickles with my meal.2.) The biscuits are burnt. 3.) NASHVILLE TENDERS are supposed to be spicy not burnt and sauce just thrown in. 4.) Fries saugy. 5.) The person ordering was more concerned about the size of the order and had a negative attitude whereas I was polite and said please and thank you. I work 2 jobs and days can be rough but if you that stressed my friend tap out and ask for help from your manager. 50 plus bucks and quality of service was poor. 1 star because The mountain dew was decent. Thank you. - unsatisfied customer.

I haven't been to a KFC in years. Decided to get tenders and wedges today. The food wasn't good - chicken weird texture and barely warm. We couldn't/wouldn't finish the meal. The service was okay...
