The staff is so friendly I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews here. Maybe the people leaving the reviews are very impatient or rude everytime I come here I feel welcomed and when they are busy I understand. They try their best to get my order right and I know many people order chicken and they can only make a certain amount so it’s not a bother to me to wait. They have the sweetest staff and they always greet me with a smile. And I feel the atmosphere there is clean and friendly and fast when they can be. They do their best to make sure I feel welcomed

they got the order wrong, and when i opened the chicken box a copy of the receipt was placed on top of the fried chicken, oil slathered all over the paper receipt, i suppose just to add the flavor of receipt paper and ink for good measure

I was in the store on 10/29 to order food. I was in the store for 15 minutes no one acknowledged me or say hi or will be with you there 5 or 6 employees. I understand busy .but it only takes few seconds to greet customer this is not the first time. With out customers you will not have business or pay check.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went there at 8:53pm on 8/24/24. The lady at the window who also took our order from the box was extremely rude and impatient with us. When we got to the window she immediately told us to pull forward and handed us our drinks with no ice. While we were parked we asked for some ice for our drinks and were told they were out of ice. We could literally see in the window them filling up their ice containers with ice from their ice machines. All while rolling her eyes and having a horrible attitude, we spent $45 and our food was horrible, our drinks had no ice, and the lady had some of the worst customer service I had ever seen. This location is the worst they lie about how long it will take and then when you order a bucket of chicken they ask if it can be half original and half extra crispy. I agreed thinking I wouldn’t take as long but then the 5 min wait turned into 20 minutes and when I went inside to inquire about the order they said they were waiting on the original to finish cooking. Why did they not cook the whole order in original??? I will never be back.
