Was so excited to hear the wedges were back. Went tonight READY only to get stale, old, brunt whatever they want to call them but they diffently were not wedges. Word to the wise check before you get home or you will the picture attached

Placed an order at 10:43am on 2/26/2023 One of the chicken nuggets from my meal was rotten. I mean smells spoiled, gray and hard as a rock. Called the manager to inform him of possible cross contamination and he told me word for word verbatim: “you could have gotten spoiled chicken but we don’t sell spoiled chicken”; I asked for another manager to speak with and he insisted that he was the only one and refused to give me any information regarding the district manager or someone higher up. I had to call corporate to get this issue addressed. I don’t want my money back and I don’t want new food. I want accountability and responsibility from higher up staff. You’re going to get people SICK!

Ordered a spicy chicken Sandwich. The worst chicken sandwich I have ever had. Go to Popeye's or McDonald's. Lot better quality.

I get a family meal of wings and tenders but they give me two dipping sauce. I ask for more the lady at the window want to argue with me I am feeding a family I just bought a family meal and they want to be nasty with you. That’s KFC for you next time and always will be Popeyes
