KFC

I grabbed some lunch from this location, and I just say the good was hot and fresh. I ordered a 3 piece crispy chicken with some mash potatoes, it was hot and good. Now my new go to is the chicken pot pie omg it was so good 😊 it was hot and the crust was golden brown. Now the pot pie is my new go too. It was a 10/10.

Jus had wisdom teeth pulled im so tired I have responsibilities thank god I was able to heal enough to drive to KFC because the dentist recommended Mac and cheese so I said kfc will be alright I get there and immediately get placed on hold only for him to come to the speaker 10 minutes later and then proceed to give me this horrible lookin Mac and cheese I got thru it the best I could it was 5.49 I want my money back I couldn’t eat anymore I put the pic of the monstrosity somewhere here hopefully someone see this and responds to me and a refund, I know if practically nothing but I work hard for my money. This food was terrible now I have to go to one of ur competitors for dinner! Food is usually good here but not tonight Friday August 22 at around 6:58

Truthfully, yall dont even deserve 1 star, it's just the lowest rating it will let me go. Got told at 3:57 "give me a minute we're doing shift change" i waited until 4:20 and decided to drive up to the window to get greeted by people standing around on their phones and being absolutely rude towards us. Cussing at us & name calling. The facility smelled like straight up shit & had nasty items in the parking lot 🤢 if yall got time to lean yall got time to clean. Get off them damn phones & do your job!! I also let cooperate know 🤪

If I could give them a 0 I would they don’t deserve the 1 star I ordered the spicy hot wings and they are literally burnt I called back up there someone answer the phone and proceed to hang it up now it’s busy it’s unprofessional and I waited 20 minutes for these wings I only got 3 sauces it was supposed to come with 4 I’m adding a picture to this review you tell me if you would eat this don’t serve people food that your not going to eat Crichton KFC needs to do better

Its the unprofessional and laziness for me. How are taking orders and when you pull up at the window you have the worker saying I forgot to tell you it's going to be a thirty-five minute wait. And said it with no care in the world. And then has the nerves to ask are you going to wait.The service is horrible that will be the last time I'll ever pull back up.
