KFC

Stopped by KFC yesterday around 1 PM and had a really great experience at the drive-thru. The young lady taking my order was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and had such a positive energy. I originally planned to order something small, but she told me about the 8-piece for $10 special, which actually made a lot more sense for what I wanted. Because she explained it so well, I ended up adding a few more items and only paid a couple extra dollars while getting more food for the money. I honestly didn’t mind spending a little more because her attitude and service were that good. She had a great smile, was very friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I wish I had gotten her name, because that’s exactly how customers should be treated. You don’t see service like that very often anymor

Wife and I were in town for business. We got the 4 piece with Taters and 2 biscuits to share for $10. Decent price for some good chicken eats. The staff were courteous. Enjoyed the self ordering kiosks.

Went to this KFC for wings and fries. My first order was a little disappointing. Spoke with ALYIAH, ohhhh please, I hope I spelled it right 🙄🤔☺️. She was magnificent in taking care of this situation. She informed me of the policies and was kind to cook a fresh batch. She was kind and understanding of customers feelings, of what they might feel, if food was not up to par. I appreciated her for being so kind. The store is well kept. The food, for the most part, always good. The bathrooms are clean. Parking is plentiful. One of the nicest KFC in the area.

Do not go here unless you like soggy chicken. I ordered 8 pieces extra crispy. I had gotten soggy "extra crispy" from this restaurant before so I wanted to check it before pulling away. The chicken was again soggy, with skin barely hanging onto the meat. I took the chicken back in the store to ask for extra crispy. The manager laughed at me and said there are only two kinds, original and crispy and that they couldn't make it any more crispy. Not only are they lazy, and incompetent at making chicken, they were also quite rude to laugh at a customer like that

I ordered the new BBQ extra crispy, they just put the chicken and dumped a bunch of bbq source on top, making this meal un-etable due to the large amount of sauce. When I received my order they provided NO Ketchup, napkins or forks. Bathroom is distry and smelly. I wont be back to this nasty restaurant. Avoid if you can.
