KFC

Chicken was old and hard and very small. Not even ediable Mashed potatoes were runny and awful. The biscuit was so hard you could knock a window out

We waited over 20 minutes for our drive-through order and were asked to pull to the side because it would “be out in a minute.” After continuing to wait, we went inside to check on our order and found the staff standing around talking about what they received for Christmas. When my husband asked about our food, they said they didn’t know which car the order belonged to. This was extremely frustrating and shows a lack of organization and customer care. Management and ownership need to do better with training and accountability. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. This experience was unacceptable.

Pulled up To the drive through with a carload of people. I guess we took to long to order even tho there was absolutely nobody in line. The place was a ghost town and it still was when we left. Came across the speaker 4 or 5 times rushing our order and even told us since we want to take awhile we can come inside and order. The people here are trash and rude

Wow.. I am fine if KFC goes out of business now. This has to be the worst chicken place now. I ate there yesterday (1/5/26) and was the worst food I've had in a long time- felt nauseous after eating there. Krystal's is even better and that's not saying much.

I frequently use the drive-thru & tonight I thought why not leave a great review. Tonight's 2 piece dark was excellent. The young lady at the window was excellent...if I have a complaint it has to do with their sandwich...this store puts way too much mayonnaise or sauce on it. Otherwise the Clearwater store is my go-to!
